Two months after Antyodaya Saral’s release, an initiative using the Haryana Government that promised 485 offerings of 37 departments online, it has emerged that the printing and stationery department, despite providing just one service, is the worst performer.
According to the records until March 1, out of the 83 pending packages, seventy-seven (92.8 %) are jogging behind the “proper to service” (RTS) timeline at the printing and stationery department. It has the lowest rating of 2.9 amongst all departments imparting services online.
The transport branch, which provides 22 offerings, is the worst, with 29,281 applications (57. 8 %) jogging behind the RTS timeline out of the 50,687 that might be pending. It has a score of merely 5. Under Antyodaya Saral, launched on December 25, 2018, you can make online software or visit facilitation centers at district headquarters, subdivisions, and tehsil degrees for services or schemes provided using numerous departments. There is also a provision for online fame tracking and SMS updates. Approvals can be given online, and a rating is generated on the department’s and district’s performance.
“Through the Antyodaya Saral platform, extensive records on the performance of departments and districts are generated for residents availing a scheme or provider. The CM uses the department and district leadership forums to study performance. It ensures that blessings of schemes and offerings are attaining the citizens within time,” said Dr. Rakesh Gupta, Project Director, CM’s Good Governance Associates Programme, Haryana.
The Haryana Shehari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), which offers fifty-two services, is the third worst because over 50% of programs haven’t been addressed. It has 3,048 pending applications, and 1,536 (50.4%) are on the back of the RTS timetable.
However, the agriculture department, which gives eight offerings, is an excellent performer with just 11 packages (zero.2 %) delayed out of 5,829 pending ones. It has a score of 10. The rating is calculated thus: 0.7x percentage of the pending application within RTS+ 0.3x percent of programs completed within RTS x 10
The Haryana State Agriculture Marketing Board (HSAMB) is the second highest quality, with nine. Nine. It has no application pending.
