Tata Motors announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with automobile apartment offerings provider Wise Travel India for the deployment of Tiger EVs inside the latter’s fleet in New Delhi. The statement comes a couple of days after the homegrown auto major had partnered with Atal Indore City Transport Service to introduce 50 Tiger EVs inside the town.
A crew from Tata Motors also handed over the first batch of Tiger EVs to Wise Travel India officials at Concorde Motors, located inside Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.
“We are thrilled to accompany Wise Travel India on their pragmatic initiative of inducting 0-emission automobiles into their fleet. Tiger EV (electric automobile), currently awarded as the ‘Electric Car of the Year’ by Assocham India, will be part of Wise Travel India’s current fleet of automobiles. Tata Motors will keep painting to bring inspirational e-mobility solutions for clients, mainly putting pressure on you to adopt electric cars more quickly. S. A .,” Tata Motors Electric Mobility Business and Corporate Strategy President Shailesh Chandra said in an announcement.

Tata Motors is leading in using electrically powered mobility in the United States of America and has been operating on various electric and hybrid car solutions. Last month, the homegrown auto foremost introduced the idea of supplying 80 electric-powered buses to the West Bengal Transport Corporation (WBTC). The order is a part of the 255 e-buses to be provided to six kingdom transport undertakings in the country. Apart from WBTC, Tata Motors has tenders to supply electric-powered buses to Lucknow City Transport Service, Atal Indore City Transport Service, Assam State Transport Corporation, Jammu & Kashmir Road Transport Corporation, and Jaipur City Transport Services.
