Though many love to wax lyrical about increased automation, a human touch is still vital in helping clients and clients troubleshoot problems and recognize the goods they’re using. This is why humans, including Yohana Munoz, a customer support govt for Workman, are imperative.
Munoz originally came from Venezuela but is now primarily based in Ireland. She works for Workman as a customer service executive, speaking English and Spanish. She has many reasons to revel in her job; however, one of them is most definitely the variety.
“Every day is different because we have a wide range of products and services and a big, huge list of clients. We take calls from government managers and manufacturing personnel [alike].” Munoz handles queries about the entirety, from awards and nominations to password restoration—in specific languages. So, what skills do you need to excel in this role? For one, you want to be a terrific planner. You should also ensure you have exact communication skills to confidently talk with clients who frequently will no longer have technical information.
