One field (8 ounces) of BelGioioso Mascarpone cheese at room temperature
half bundle (4 ounces) of Crystal Farms Cream Cheese, softened
1/three cup sugar
One massive egg
16 chocolate sandwich cookies divided
Optional toppings: warmed warm fudge topping, sweetened whipped cream, or vanilla ice cream
Instructions
